ANGRY that his partner had left for his father's funeral without him, a Frome man started smashing up property at their home after flying into a rage.
Matthew Alexander Lofts could be heard making a "roaring" sound as he punched a mirror, pulled a shelf off the wall and smashed a TV.
He ran out of the property and when the police arrived soon afterwards he was arrested, Somerset Magistrates were told.
