Somerset parents are being warned that if they are the named driver on a car insurance policy, but their child drives that vehicle the majority of the time, they could be committing fraud.
As much as 49% of
motorists thought that there was nothing wrong with registering their name as the main policy when their kids drive a car most of the time in order to save money, according to a survey conducted by AA insurance.
