A man who led police on a high-speed chase from Bristol to Wales and back again after they tried to stop him for driving without insurance has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Billy Heatherley, 23, reached speeds of up to 120mph along the M5 before heading into residential areas where he drove so dangerously that traffic police abandoned the chase, Taunton Crown Court heard this morning.
