A Big Issue seller killed a man with a single punch after he accused him of not being homeless, a court heard.
Ryan Lovegrove, 22, was chatting to two men at his usual spot outside a supermarket when 'drunk' Lee Willingham told them: "He's not homeless, don't trust him."
Lovegrove, who had been packing away his belongings as he sat on the ground, stood up and threw a straight punch at Mr Willingham's jaw.
