Police in Somerset have opened their books to reveal the number and types of crimes they have investigated since 2014, but are keeping tight-lipped over terror-related arrests.
While Avon and Somerset Police were happy to outline the numbers of assaults, sexual offences, burglaries and other crimes their officers have had to deal with, they said that releasing information regarding terrorist related arrests would undermine the operational activity of the force.
