A Thornford man has appeared in court charged with making a death threat and being in possession of a knife in Yeovil.Phillip David Paulley, 22, of The Waldrons, appeared in the dock before Somerset Magistrates, sitting as a domestic violence court.He was charged that on August 1 at Yeovil he threatened to kill a female and intended she would fear the threat would be carried out.It was also alleged he had a knife with him at Wellington Flats in Yeovil.
