A 44-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a woman was thought to have been seriously assaulted with a weapon.The pavement around St John's Church was cordoned off yesterday afternoon (September 14) after a 32-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted and left with chest and leg injuries.The victim was taken to hospital where she remains in a stable condition.
