A company director has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the deaths of four people on a yacht called the Cheeki Rafiki.
In May 2014 the 40ft vessel was found with no signs of its crew in the North Atlantic. It had been returning home from a regatta in Antigua.
Two men from Somerset – Steve Warren and Paul Goslin – were among those killed.
Mr Warren, 52, was from Wincanton and Mr Goslin, 56, was from West Camel.
