Police and fire fighters are joining forces to catch arsonists who have started three fires in a residential area of Frome.The Fire Brigade say several of the incidents had the potential to have a more serious impact if they had been left to spread.Frome Police have stepped-up patrols in the area and fire crews have put up signs asking for information.The first fire was started in a wheelie bin containing waste materials in Somerton Gardens in the early hours of November 5.
