A Shepton Mallet man accused of attacking another male during an incident in the town leaving him with a fractured skull has appeared before Somerset Magistrates.
Lukasz Arcisz allegedly kicked the victim which left him suffering serious injuries, the court at Yeovil was told.
The 30-year-old defendant, of Crown Cottages, pleaded not guilty to unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm on Leon Martincu at Shepton Mallet on January 5.
