Three Dorset business directors will appear in court next month charged with misleading customers of their building company.Paulina Kubicz, Marcin Piotr Plaga and Josef Plaga, of Addison Close, Gillingham, will appear before Bournemouth Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing on December 9.The three defendants are being prosecuted by Dorset County Council's trading standards team, which alleges they carried out "misleading actions, omissions and aggressive practices"...
