Amphetamines are Avon and Somerset's favourite drug after cannabis, new analysis can reveal.
According to the latest data from the Home Office, a total of 24 kg of amphetamines were seized by police in the region in 2015-16.
That's enough for 480,000 50 mg doses of amphetamines.In comparison, a total of 356 kg of the class B drugs were seized across England - the equivalent of 7.1 million doses, or one for every eight people in the country.
