A man has been fined after he punched a woman in the face - when he mistook her for a man, a court heard.
Nathan James Hull, 22, barged into the woman several times while she was dancing with friends in the Tavern pub in Barnstaple, Devon, on March 24, North Devon Magistrates' Court heard.
Prosescuting, Lyndsey Baker, said the victim told Hull to behave and then the pair left the pub and went outside.
