A Yeovil man has been given a three year ban after being caught by police for his third offence of drink driving.
Charles Cox was spotted by police on duty in the early hours of the morning on January 16 at a petrol forecourt, and when they saw him drive off they followed him and tried to get him to stop.
The defendant ignored their blue flashing lights and bursts of siren noise and continued to drive through residential streets in Yeovil until they eventually pulled his car over.
