Two shops have been broken into overnight in a Somerset market town.
A Co-op and a McColl's were both targeted in the early hours of this morning (February 6) in Castle Cary.
The police are now looking for those responsible, who escaped the scene in a vehicle.
Offenders forced their way into the Co-op on Fore Street at around 1.20am, triggering an alarm.
Searches this morning suggested nothing was taken from the Co-op, a police spokesman said.
