A Somerset man who was more than double the drink drive limit when he was found asleep in his car with the engine running has had the case against him dropped, after he claimed he had no intention of driving the vehicle. Police want to speak to witnesses after a motorcyclist died in a crash at a Taunton industrial estate on Friday.
