The parents of a baby boy who suffered 'horrific injuries' and was left disabled after a man shook him and hit his head against a hard surface have spoken of their pain.
The couple's statements were read out in Taunton Crown Court, where Benjamin Pople, 30, from Woolavington, was found guilty of GBH.
Pople was described as "arrogant and self-centred" by Judge David Evans, who sentenced him to four and a half years in prison.
